Grant Applications SBE Forms and Applications To fill out an online application form: 1. Click on the online application form you wish to complete. The form will open in either Microsoft Word or in your internet browser depending on how your computer is set up. 2. Use the Tab key to navigate from one question to the next. 3. Enter your data in the gray fields. You must complete ALL shaded fields. Please note that some applications require attachments that must be provided before your application can be processed. All attachments MUST be received before the deadline. 4. Print and mail the completed form or email the form to the program administrator.
